Which statement best describes your overall satisfaction with this year's event:
If unsatisfied, would you please tell us why?
The $45 registration fee was...
just right for what the event provides
Which years have you participated in the event?
If you have participated in previous years, which year was your favorite (and why)?
How did you hear about the Dallas 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb?
Please select what best describes your role this year
Initial Registration - was always on the 343 list
Alternate who ended up climbing for 343/70/9
Alternate who climbed for post 9/11 loss
While we hate to do this for the second consecutive year, event expenses continue to increase (and financial donations to the event do not), therefore we may have to increase the registration cost. Which best describes your thoughts on registration? (Keep in mind all that you are getting with this event (Training Day/Climbs/Tokens/Bash)
I understand the dilemna and will continue to participate
I would not like to spend more than $50 on the event, however, I would do it if I had to
I don't see myself spending more than $50 on registration for this event
Get rid of all the fluff and just do the climb
How often did you participate in physical preparation for the event?
2 to 3 times per week
Once per week
Once per month
Did you communicate with us this year? Please select any of the means of communication you used.
Did you visit our training/preparation page?
Which means of communication did you use most often?
If yes, did you find the training tips helpful?
Generally speaking, how was our response to your communication?
Great - I received a prompt response
Ok - response was not as quick as I would have liked but it was still timely
Not good - it took way to long to hear back
I never heard back
Please rate the amount of communication you received prior to the event
Above adquate - too much information
Please rate the content of the communication you received prior to the event
Effective - all my questions were answered / information was clear
Ok - most questions were answered / enough information to function was available
Inappropriate - many questions I had remained unanswered / information was not available
Do you feel that your preparation for participation in this event has made you more physically prepared for your job?
Do you have a story about how preparation for this event has changed your health or fitness level?
Did you have any significant issues with pledges?
If yes, please describe
Did you find directional signage at the event helpful?
Was the check-in process efficient?
Did you experience any parking issues?
If yes, please explain
Is there anything we could have done to make check-in better?
If you were an alternate who attended (regardless of whether you climbed or not), is there anything you feel we could have done different?
Demand to participate in our event has become overwhelming. This year we filled our fire spots in three minutes, police spots in not much longer of time. This year any alternates that didn't fill the 343/70/9 got to climb in honor of post 9/11 losses. Select the statement below that best describes your opinion
Add a second wave that represents the exact number or recognized post 9/11 losses
Leave the event the same - let alternates climb for post 9/11 losses
Add a second wave of 343/70/9
If we did not meet your expecations, what can we do to change that next year?
Your expectations for the event...did we meet them?
My expectations were exceeded
My expectations were met
My expectations were not met
Will you be back next year?
If there was something you could change about the event, what would it be?
Enter your name and email here if you are interested in participating in the planning of next years event
