PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE NOT ALREADY ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN A STRENUOUS CONDITIONING / TRAINING PROGRAM ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO DO SO. THIS WILL NOT ONLY HELP YOU BE PREPARED FOR THE CLIMB, BUT WILL ALSO HELP YOU BE BETTER PREPARED FOR YOUR JOB. See our training page for information on how to prepare for this climb.
