We are in need of the following:
LARGE SCALE DONATIONS
Facilitate the recording and broadcasting of video from open ceremony and stairwell to other event areas.
Help us display every aspect of the event for those who can't be at the opening ceremony or in the stairwell.
Help us inform the public about the event and encourage their support / attendance.
NECESSARY TO EVENT
Required items such as port-a-potties, trash receptacles, table and chair rentals
Every year we have families of fallen heroes attend our event. We like to present them with a special gift that shows our appreciation for their sacrifice.
Two separate stages (large one for opening ceremony, small one for parking lot operations)
A badge of honor, climbers are the only ones to receive this uniquely designed shirt.
Packaging, materials and climber tokens (such as helmet decal and challenge coins)
Dallas requires off-duty Dallas Police and Paramedics be provided for our event.
High pressure fans to facilitate adequate air movement in the stairwell and rehab areas.
Event Item Storage
The climb has gathered a large collection of reusable resources and needs a climate controlled location to store these items.
IMPORTANT TO THE EVENT
Help us preserve the artifacts and gifts that demonstrate the local connection to September 11th.
The administrative things needed to run this event such as website, paper, ink and stamps, etc.
