John Barrett - Founder
John Barrett founded the Dallas 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb in 2011. John served as the Event Director from 2011 until 2015, then again in 2017.
In addition to starting the Dallas 9/11 Memorial Stair climb, John was a founding member of the Association of Memorial Stair Climbs in 2013.
Lauren Sanchez - Event Director
Lauren joined the Dallas 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb as a Planning Committee member in 2022 as the Top Floor Coordinator. In 2023, she joined the Steering Committee as the Assistant Event Director of Operations. In 2025, she became the Event Director.

Elliott joined the Dallas 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb as an event volunteer under Operations in 2025. He joined the Steering Committee as the Assistant Event Director of Operations in 2026.
